Greg graduated from Washington and Jefferson College in Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Administration and later on attended Methodist University where he gained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. While at Washington and Jefferson, he played Varsity soccer. Greg’s experience in Physical Therapy includes acute care, sports rehabilitation, and outpatient orthopedics. Prior to joining the team at PT Services of Wilmington, Greg worked in a variety of clinics that supported various types of therapy. He is certified in Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Greg grew up in New Jersey and moved to North Carolina in 2017 where he lives with his family. In his free time, Greg enjoys surfing, running, soccer, and spending time boating or playing on the beach with his wife, daughter, and pup

Michelle Vitagliano

Office Manager

Michelle Vitagliano is the Officer Manager at our Porters Neck location. She is originally from Syracuse, NY and has been living in Wilmington, NC for 20 plus years. She is happy to assist you with all your scheduling, insurance and billing needs. Michelle has three wonderful and exasperating grown children she adores. In her free time she loves to travel, investigate new cities, hike or just be in the sun, near water with a good book.

Anna Rae, DPT

Anna Rae received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Greensboro College. While in undergrad, she played 4 years of women’s soccer and tennis and was a member of the George Center for Honors Studies. She then attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she was awarded her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.

Following the completion of her DPT, Anna Rae decided to move back to her hometown of Wilmington, NC. Excited to embark on her professional career with Physical Therapy Services of Wilmington, Anna Rae is eager to leverage her skills and expertise to contribute to the betterment of the community. Her passion for serving those in need and her genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others has fueled her dedication to providing top-notch care and support to the individuals within her local area.

When outside of work, Anna Rae enjoys a long day on the beach or boat with her family and friends. You may also see her around town, walking and hiking with her dog, Zara, or even enjoying a local craft beer at a brewery. Additionally, she continues to embrace her competitive spirit as she loves to watch and play sports and is actively involved in USTA local tennis leagues in Wilmington.

I have seen Alan for several ailments over the years. He has treated me for shoulder and back pain as well as rehab following my knee replacement. I had no idea what rehab entailed following knee replacement. He pushed me just the right amount but also respected my pain and concerns. Jane was excellent. I had a long recovery following surgery on my hand after it was cut while at work. I found her to be knowledgeable, reassuring, patient and thorough throughout my course of therapy. She customized a splint for me and provided several other gadgets that initially improved the ease of daily activities but ultimately helped me return to work. I am forever grateful.

I have been to several physical therapy clinics. If I need to return I will not go anywhere else. I can function with minimal pain and I have found my home program to be a great benefit.
